At LIVEFORGOD, we take great pride in the quality of our products and our customer service. However, due to the nature of our items, we have a strict refund and return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Clothing and apparel must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. If there is any sign of wear, damage, or use, the return will not be accepted.

  • Hats, accessories, and jewelry must also be unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom prints, engravings) and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue refunds.

3. How to Return
To return an item, please email us at support@liveforgod.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.

7. Exceptions to the Policy
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Customized/Personalized Products: Any items that have been personalized to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
