Refund & Return Policy – LIVEFORGOD

At LIVEFORGOD, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. To keep things fair for both our customers and our business, please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@liveforgod.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order sales are final until the product has been delivered. Any item purchased as a pre-order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned before delivery. Once the product is delivered, it will follow our standard return policy if it qualifies.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, discounted items, gift cards, custom products, personalized items, worn clothing, washed clothing, altered items, or any item showing signs of use.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
